1. Conditions For Returns

Because spices and snack foods are perishable items, returns are evaluated strictly if the outer protective safety seal arrives ruptured, torn, or broken.

In such instances, notify our team within 48 hours of product delivery with batch details and visual packaging images.

2. Resolution Process

Verified quality claims undergo rapid internal inspection. Upon validation, a complimentary replacement order will be dispatched immediately.

If an item is out of stock, full value store credits or standard reverse payment flows will be executed within 5 to 7 operational days.

3. Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are valid only if requested before processing stages. Once our facility fresh-locks your items and passes them to logistics providers, updates cannot be modified.
